Policies

Sales Tax, Title, Registration, Drive Away Permits, Doc Fees:

Trailers & Vehicles:

All trailer and vehicle sales are charged $100 doc fee.

Illinois residents: We will collect 6.25% Sales tax. Depending on county of residency, you may receive an additional bill for county/city sales tax. Illinois residents pay $165 title fee and plate fees. Rondo Enterprises processes title and registration applications and issues temporary registration.

Residents of AZ, CA, FL, IN, MA, MI, SC will be charged sales tax and provided a sales tax return. We do not collect sales tax for trailers & vehicles sold to residents of other states. Out of state sales receive a drive away permit.

Trailers & vehicles over 26,000 lb GVW will be charged 12% FET tax.

Truck Beds & Snow Removal Equipment:

Local pickup in Sycamore, IL 8% sales tax. Items shipped by common carrier out of state are not charged sales tax (exception: Marketplace (e.g. eBay) sales are charged sales tax based on marketplace policy.

Shipping:

Large items require special arrangements for shipping. Contact us for shipping quotes.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of vehicle & trailer sales, including registration and titling requirements, all trailer & vehicle sales are final. Special order deposits are non-refundable.

Warranty:

New trailers, truck beds & snow removal equipment come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer. Used vehicles, trailers and equipment are sold AS-IS.
