Before You Purchase - Important Highlights:

Please review the following before completing your purchase:

Inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are not held without a signed invoice and deposit or full payment. Quotes and estimates do not reserve or guarantee availability.
Prices shown online do not include tax, title, registration, doc fee, accessories, or installation.
Trailers and vehicles must be picked up in person (shipping not available).
All trailer and vehicle sales are final due to titling and registration requirements.
Some newer trucks may require dealer reprogramming after factory bed removal or snowplow installation.
Product specifications, terminology, materials, and construction will vary between manufacturers/brands.
Rondo Enterprises is a dealer, not a manufacturer. We do not produce the products we sell.
Any applicable warranty is provided by the manufacturer, and warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer.

Sales Tax, Title, Registration, Drive-Away Permits & Documentation Fees:

Trailers & Vehicles:

Illinois Residents:
- We are required to collect 6.25% sales tax (DeKalb County).
- Residents of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Will, Madison, and St. Clair Counties may receive a tax bill from their home county for the difference owed.
- Illinois residents pay the applicable $165 title fee and plate fees.
- We process the IL ST-556 tax return, title and registration application, and issue temporary registration.
Out of State Residents:
- Residents of AZ, CA, FL, IN, MA, MI, SC will be charged sales tax as required by Illinois Department of Revenue. For more information, please refer to ST-58, Non-Reciprocal Tax Rate Chart.
- We do not collect sales tax for trailers & vehicles sold to residents of other states.
- There is no "out of state" sales tax exemption for sales outside of the USA (ie - Mexico and Canada). IL sales tax of 6.25% is required to be collected and paid.
- Out of state residents are responsible to pay and apply for title, registration, and sales tax as required by their home state. The address used on title related documents can NOT be modified AFTER the sale.
- All out of state buyers will receive a 90-day temporary drive-away permit.
Additional Requirements:
- All trailer and vehicle purchases are charged $100 document fee on each stock number.
- All new trailers over 26,000 lbs GVW will be charged 12% Federal Excise Tax (FET) in addition to the normal sales tax.
- Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with all Federal and State DOT regulations, including driver's license and license plate requirements for their specific application and combination.
- Safety Lane Inspections may be required and is the buyer's responsbility to complete. It is based on the plate type and the specific weight rating. For more information, please click here.

Truck Beds, Snow Removal Equipment & General Merchandise:

Local pickup in Sycamore, IL is charged 8% sales tax.
Items shipped out of state via common carrier are not charged Illinois sales tax.
- Exception: Marketplace sales (such as eBay) are charged sales tax based on marketplace policy.

    - ACH transfers typically takes 24–48 hours to post to our account so please plan accordingly.
    - If same-day payment is required, please send a wire transfer.
  - Verifiable cashier's check
    - Many nationwide banks (like Chase or Bank of America) will not verify the validitily of the cashier's check so a different payment type may be required.
- Personal or Business Checks with an address in Illinois*
- Pin based Debit cards*
  - Card must be physically present
  - 4-digit PIN required
  - Check with your bank regarding daily spending limits or caps.
- *Eligible Payment Methods for the 3% Cash discount.
  - Rather than paying processing fees to the credit card companies, we offer a 3% cash payment discount to our customers for not using credit cards or financing payment methods.

  - Valid driver's license and Social Security number is required.
  - Some financing providers are available only to Illinois residents due to titling requirements.
Payment Restrictions:
- No out of state checks.
- The physical card must be present for all credit and debit card transactions.
- Due to fraud concerns, we do not manually enter or accept credit card payments over the phone for transactions over $500.
Additional Payment Notes:
- For vehicle purchases, only certified funds are accepted. Limitations and exclusions apply.
- All prices advertised do not include sales tax, applicable fees, mounting hardware, accessories, or labor to install.
- Products cannot leave the premises until they are paid in full. Please come prepared with your driver's license when making a purchase.

Freight shipping may be available. Contact us for a freight quote and applicable fees.

Return Policy:

Trailers & Vehicles:

All sales are final due to the nature of trailer & vehicle sales, including registration and titling requirements.
No returns or refunds.
Trailer orders are not offered.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Truck Beds & Snow Removal Equipment:

Verify fitment before purchasing! Under no circumstances will returns be accepted once the product has been installed, modified, or altered in any way.
- Not all vehicles are approved for snowplow installation. Check with the vehicle manufacturer for required equipment or limitations.
- Removing a factory truck bed or installing a plow on newer trucks may require dealer reprogramming for certain features to function properly.
- Rondo Enterprises does not perform this service. Please contact your local dealership regarding reprogramming and possible charges
Non-Returnable Items:
- Electrical items (snow plow controllers, solenoids, etc)
- Hydraulic components
A 5% restocking fee (minimum $1) applies to all approved returns.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Warranty:

THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND RONDO ENTERPRISES INC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RONDO ENTERPRISES INC SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Trailers & Vehicles:

New trailers include the manufacturer's warranty.
Used trailers and vehicles are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY.

Truck Beds & Snow Removal Equipment:

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer.
Defective products may be considered for repair or replacement at the discretion of the seller and/or manufacturer.
All used items are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY.
